April 5 (Reuters) - GLOBAL MARKETS ROUNDUP * Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange fell 0.5percent, while the MSCI-Asia Pacific index excluding Japan was down 1.1 percent. * Japanese equities soared and the yen hit a 3-1/2-year lowagainst the dollar on Friday after the Bank of Japan'sunprecedented monetary expansion, but Asian shares eased aheadof U.S. jobs data amid rising concern over the American economy.
* U.S. stocks ended slightly higher on Thursday after the Bankof Japan announced aggressive, market-lifting policies tojump-start its economy, but weak U.S. jobs data capped gains.
