BONN, Germany, June 26 (Reuters) - A takeover of KabelDeutschland by peer Liberty Global would bemore complicated from an anti-trust point of view than anacquisition by Vodafone, Germany's cartel office said onWednesday.
Vodafone on Monday agreed to buy Germany's largest cableoperator Kabel Deutschland for 7.7 billion euros ($10.1billion), beating Liberty Global, which could still return witha higher bid.
