EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Domino's Pizza CFO and Argentex co-CEO depart

Fri, 11th Jun 2021 15:21

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Domino's Pizza Group PLC - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire-based pizza delivery master franchiser - Chief Financial Officer Neil Smith is leaving the company to take up another unspecified opportunity. Domino's says it will now commence a search process to find a successor, with Smith set to depart on November 26 following completion of his notice period.

----------

Argentex Group PLC - London-based foreign exchange services - Carl Jani resigns as co-chief executive officer, effective immediately. Co-CEO Harry Adams becomes sole CEO. Jani had taken a leave of absence for health reason back in January, returning in May, and Adams had been sole CEO during that time. Chair Digby Jones says Jani "has overseen the group's growth story with Harry from its very beginning", but Argentex has "an established management team which has the depth of experience needed to fulfil the group's growth potential".

----------

City of London Group PLC - owns UK small-business lender Recognise Bank - Confirms that Colin Wagman has retired as non-executive chair and from board, replaced as chair by Philip Jenks, an independent non-executive director and chair of subsidiary Recognise Bank. The change was first announced back in May.

----------

Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC - venture capital trust investing in UK businesses - Hires Michael Probin as independent non-executive director, starting on Monday next week. Probin was director of VCT relations for private equity firm Livingbridge LLP

----------

Restore PLC - Redhill, England-based document management, commercial relocation and IT recycling business - Hires Athena Ainsworth as managing director of Restore Technology, starting in July. Ainsworth has worked in technology and telecommunications at IBM Corp and Vodafone Group PLC. Restore Technology provides IT recycling.
