(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Vodafone Group PLC - Newbury, England-based telecommunications - Chair Jean-Francois van Boxmeer buys 305,000 shares at GBP1.35, worth GBP411,750, on Tuesday. Vodafone reported annual results on Tuesday, showing a 2.6% decline in revenue and 3.3% fall in adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation. Vodafone shares were down 8.2% at 130.12 pence on Tuesday afternoon.

Croda International PLC - East Yorkshire-based speciality chemicals - Nick Challoner, president of Asia, sells 10,070 shares at GBP65.85, worth GBP663,063, on Tuesday.

Virgin Money UK PLC - Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England-based lender - Chief Financial Officer Clifford Abrahams buys 50,000 shares at GBP1.99 and GBP2.01, worth GBP100,134, on Friday last week and Monday. Abrahams joined as CFO early in March, having been CFO at ABN Amro Bank and Dutch insurer Delta Lloyd.

Derwent London PLC - property developer and landlord focused on central London - Chair Mark Breuer buys 3,000 shares at GBP33.78, worth GBP101,340, on Tuesday.

Kosmos Energy Ltd - oil and gas exploration and production along Atlantic Margins - Richard Clark, senior vice president & president of Gulf of Mexico business unit, sells 25,000 shares at USD2.78, worth USD69,500 on Friday last week.

CRH PLC - Dublin-based building materials - Non-Executive Director Caroline Dowling buys 1,000 shares at EUR41.90, worth EUR41,900, on Monday. Dowling joined the CRH board in March.

John Lewis of Hungerford PLC - Oxfordshire-based kitchen, bedrooms and furniture manufacturer and retailer - Non-Executive Director Alan Charlton buys 5.0 million shares at 0.8p, worth GBP40,000, on Friday. Now has 14.4 million shares, a 7.4% stake.

TP ICAP Ltd - London-based interdealer broker - Non-Executive Director Kath Cates buys 8,959 shares at GBP2.23, worth GBP19,996, on Friday.

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd - oil producer in Iraq - Head of Finance Nadzeya Kernoha sells 70,183 shares at GBP1.65, worth about GBP115,800, on Friday. Kernoha had exercised nil-cost options for 148,801 shares and then sold some for tax purposes, retaining 78,618.

James Fisher & Sons PLC - Barrow In Furness, Cumbria-based marine services - Hires Karen Hayzen-Smith to be chief financial officer, starting by December 1. At that time, Duncan Kennedy will step down as CFO and from the board but will remain at James Fisher for a short transition.
