LONDON (Alliance News) - Volex PLC on Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Daren Morris bought 20,000 shares in the company for 71.40 pence per share on Tuesday.
The acquisition will mean Morris' shareholding increases to 200,000 shares, or a stake of around 0.2% in the company.
Shares in Volex, which makes power and data cabling, were down 2.2% to 68.00 pence on Wednesday.
