LONDON (Alliance News) - Power cords firm Volex PLC said on Thursday Executive Chairman Nat Rothschild increased his stake in the firm on Wednesday.
Rothschild bought 40,000 shares at 75 pence each, for a total of GBP30,000. He now has 34.7 million Volex shares.
Shares were 1.3% higher on Thursday at 75.99p apiece.
Volex posted a narrower pre-tax loss for its financial year and expressing a positive outlook for the year ahead follow the completion of the 'Volex Transformation Plan' (VTP).
