DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Volex Chair Rothschild Increases Holding

LONDON (Alliance News) - Power cable company Volex PLC said a company related to Executive Chair Nat Rothschild bought shares in the firm on Tuesday.

NR Holdings Ltd purchased 50,000 shares at 89 pence each, for GBP44,500 in total. Volex shares were up 0.5% late Tuesday at 89.40p apiece.

After the deal, Rothschild will hold 35.2 million shares, or 24% of the company.
