The prospect of a juicy milestone payment from licensee Endo Pharmaceuticals had investors keen to buy shares in speciality pharmaceutical company ProStrakan.The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has given the green light to FORTESTA testosterone gel, clearing the way for the product to go on sale in the US in the early part of 2011. FDA approval of the drug has triggered an approval milestone payment of $12.5m from Endo Pharmaceuticals, the US company that has the exclusive commercial rights to the product in the USA.Secure communications company Vislink has completed the sale of Hernis Scan Systems AS, following receipt of regulatory clearances and the requisite shareholder approval from shareholders.
