LONDON (Alliance News) - Events and publishing company Vitesse Media PLC on Thursday said it has terminated its existing agreement to create a crowdfunding platform.
Vitesse raised funding in January 2014 to back the creation of a new crowdfunding platform, but said this agreement has now been terminated.
It said it remains focused on forming a new strategic alliance in the sector and is in advanced talks with a UK crowdfunding business on a potential collaboration. It did not name the business it is holding talks with.
Vitesse shares were untraded Thursday, having last traded at 2.01 pence.
