Vitesse Media Appoints Ingram Chairman, Replacing Founder Williams

LONDON (Alliance News) - Vitesse Media PLC Wednesday said Chris Ingram has been appointed as its non-executive chairman to succeed Sara Williams.

Williams, the founder of the company, will retire from the board of the company today after 14 years as its executive chairman.

The company also said Alan Mearns, formerly of BNY Mellon Asset Management, has joined its board as a non-executive director.

Vitesse shares were untraded on Wednesday, quoted at 3.125 pence.

Vitesse Media profits from cuts

Publishing and events firm Vitesse Media turned into profit for the year after it slashed admin costs.
