LONDON (Alliance News) - Victoria PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Alexander Anton bought GBP438,750 worth of shares.
Anton bought 97,500 shares in the company at a price of 450 pence per share. His interest in the company after the purchase is 994,025 shares, representing 0.79% of the issued share capital of the company.
Shares in the carpet retailer closed at 448.0 pence each, up 2.2%.
