(Sharecast News) - Vast Resources announced the resignation of its technical director from the board on Friday.
The AIM-traded company said Craig Harvey had notified the board of his intention to step down as a director.
It said the resignation would become effective immediately.
"On behalf of all the board, I would like to thank Craig for his contribution to the company during his tenure as a director," said chief executive officer Andrew Prelea.
"We wish him well for the future."
At 1226 GMT, shares in Vast Resources were up 1.76% at 0.64p.
