Actual Experience PLC - AIM-listed analytics-as-a-service company - Chair Stephen Davidson intends to retire from role by the time of the 2022 annual general meeting, in what will be his ninth year with the company. The board will conduct a formal process to appoint a successor. "Stephen was instrumental in building a strong board and helped the company establish a strong and supportive shareholder base," company says.

Big Yellow Group PLC - Bagshot, England-based self-storage company - Appoints Michael O'Donnell as a non-executive director, effective from the start of September. He is a former managing director of LGV Capital, a private equity firm, and also served as a non-executive director at Helical PLC.

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Hires Sarah Sands as a non-executive director, who will join the board at the end of the month. She was editor of the BBC Radio 4 Today programme from 2017 to 2020, and prior to this was editor of London Evening Standard and The Sunday Telegraph. "Sarah is a highly respected journalist with a broad insight on economic, political and social matters and she brings a valuable perspective to the Board on issues that are central to Berkeley's vision and values, including in respect of the environment, sustainability, community and inclusivity," says Chair Glyn Barker.

Vast Resources PLC - mining company - Appoints Ruben Fernandez as underground mine manager at its Baita Plai Polymetallic mine in Romania. He has specialised in supervising underground mining operations for over ten years, and has worked at companies including Lundin Gold, Fresnillo PLC and Tahoe Resources over the course of his career.

Morgan Sindall Group PLC - London-headquartered construction company - Hires Kathy Quashie as a non-executive director, with effect from June 1. She is director, Enterprise Indirect Partnerships at Vodafone PLC, responsible for leading the market channel for partnerships across the UK.

Marshall Motor Holdings PLC - Cambridge-based car dealer - Says Non-Executive Director Kathy Jenkins stepping down from the board with immediate effect. "Kathy is a nominated director of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Ltd and her decision to step down from the board is as a result of forthcoming changes to her role and responsibilities at MCHL," company explains.
