EARNINGS AND TRADING: Clean Invest reports interim loss and no revenue

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Everest Global PLC - holding company of subsidiaries, Dynamic Intertrade (Pty) Ltd and Everest Capital London Ltd - Says that Golden Nice International Group Ltd has agreed to extend the redemption date of its outstanding convertible loan notes to March 31, 2025 from September 30, 2023. As at Monday, GBP254,450 of convertible loan notes remain outstanding.

Clean Invest Africa PLC - investment vehicle focused on renewable energy in Africa - Reports a pretax loss of GBP330,126 in the six months ended June 30, compared to a loss of GBP163,318 in the whole of 2022. Records no revenue in the first half of the year, compared to GBP29,760 in the whole of 2022. Says it has made "excellent" progress in the first six months of the year. Looking forward, says it will continue to seek new investment funding.

Capital for Colleagues PLC - investment vehicle focused on opportunities in the employee owned business sector - Reports a net asset value of GBP15.16 million as at August 31 compared to GBP15.18 million as at May 31. Portfolio comprises of 14 unquoted employee owned businesses at at the end of the three months to August 31.

Agriterra Ltd - company focused on investment and sustainable development in Southern Africa - Temporarily suspended from trading on AIM pending the publication of its annual results.

Echo Energy PLC - Latin America-focused exploration company - Restored to trading on AIM following the publication of its annual results.

600 Group PLC - West Yorkshire, England-based manufacturer and distributor of machine tools, precision engineered components and industrial laser systems - Temporarily suspended from trading on AIM pending the publication of its annual results.

Trafalgar Property Group PLC - south-east England-focused residential property developer - Temporarily suspended from trading on AIM pending the publication of its annual results.

Falanx Cyber Security Ltd - Reading, England-based cyber security provider - Temporarily suspended from trading on AIM pending the publication of its annual results.
