LONDON (Alliance News) - Utilitywise PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Jeremy Middleton bought 450,000 shares at a price of 220 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Middleton holds 2.2 million shares, which represents a 3.01% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading down 1.6% at 212.63p Thursday.
