EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC - Cardiff-based diagnostics and central laboratory assay manufacturer - Chair Christopher Mills sells 4.0 million shares at 80 pence, worth GBP3.2 million, on Tuesday. Still interested in 132.2 million shares, a 29% stake.

Flowtech Fluidpower PLC - Cheshire, England-based valves and hydraulic components maker - Non-Executive Chair Roger McDowell buys 750,000 shares at 100p, worth GBP750,000, on Wednesday. The purchase, a 1.2% stake, is his only holding, having joined the board in June last year and become chair in August. The stock was up 8.8% at 112.00p on Thursday afternoon.
