LONDON (Alliance News) - US Solar Fund PLC on Tuesday said Non Executive Director & Chair Gillian Nott subscribed for 66,000 shares in the company on April 16 at its initial public offering.
US Solar Fund was established in order to invest in solar power assets and intended to raise USD250 million from its IPO. Nott paid 100 cents apiece for 66,000 shares, for a total of USD66,000.
Also on April 16, Non Executive Director Josephine Tan subscribed for 26,196 shares at 76.35 pence each for GBP20,000 and Non Executive Director Rachael Nutter also acquired 26,196 shares for the same price.
Shares in US Solar Fund closed up 1.0% at USD1.04 on Tuesday.
