LONDON (Alliance News) - Greencoat UK Wind PLC said Wednesday that a group of non-executives, including Chairman Tim Ingram, bought shares in the company at a price of 105 pence Tuesday.
Ingram and his wife Christine Ingram bought 29,000 shares, leaving Ingram with 286,464 shares in the company, or a less than 1.0% stake. Bertrand Gautier bought 40,000 shares, giving him an interest in 270,000 shares or a less than 1.0% stake.
Martin McAdam bought 6,666 shares, leaving him with 60,270 shares, and Shonaid Jemmett-Page bought 14,285 shares, leaving her with 37,661 shares.
Shares in Greencoat UK Wind closed flat at 107.00 pence Wednesday.
