LONDON (Alliance News) - Media company UBM PLC on Friday said its takeover by publishing company Informa PLC has been completed after the scheme of arrangement became effective following court sanction.
Under the deal, UBM shareholders will get 1.083 Informa shares plus 163.00 pence in cash.
Informa shares closed down 0.7% on Friday at 829.20p each, while UBM shares were untraded.
