(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

London Stock Exchange Group PLC - trading and clearing operator and index calculator - David Craig, head of Data & Analytics and chief executive officer of Refinitiv will leave LSEG at end of 2021. Andrea Remyn Stone, currently chief product officer for Data & Analytics, will become head of Data & Analytics from July 1. LSEG says the change comes as the integration of recent acquisition Refinitiv is "well underway". LSEG CEO David Schwimmer says: "I want to thank David for his partnership in driving the acquisition to completion and his valuable contribution to the integration, which is progressing at pace."

U&I Group PLC - London-based property regeneration developer and investor - Peter Williams will step down as chair and from the board at the end of the current financial year, which is March 31, 2022. Senior Independent Director Nick Thomlinson will leave the board at U&I's annual general meeting in September. Williams had joined the board in 2016 and Thomlinson in 2012. Barry Bennett, a non-independent non-executive director who joined the board as part of U&I's acquisition of Cathedral Group in 2014, will step down from board, also at the end of the current financial year. Ros Kerslake will become senior independent director. U&I says the search for a new chair will begin later this year. Williams said the changes to the board are part of the overall review of the business, which also has seen a series of executive management changes. U&I on Wednesday also reports net asset value per share of 163p as at end of March, down from 232p a year before. Its annual pretax loss widens to GBP86.7 million from GBP58.6 million.

InterContinental Hotels Group PLC - Denham, England-based hotelier - Non-Executive Director, Richard Anderson steps down immediately, due to "recent and unanticipated personal matters". Anderson had joined the IHG board only at the beginning of March. He is the former CEO of US passenger railway Amtrak and was executive chair at Delta Air Lines Inc.

Sureserve Group PLC - Basildon, Essex-based compliance and energy services focused on UK public sector - Hires Nick Winks as independent non-executive chair, starting immediately. Robert Legget will return to being senior independent director. Winks currently is executive chair and CEO of mortgage broker John Charcol Ltd, among other roles.
