(Alliance News) - Touchstone Exploration Inc on Monday said it has signed an agreement for the development, sale and purchase of natural gas and natural gas liquids produced from the Ortoire block in Trinidad & Tobago.
The Canada-based oil & gas explorer has signed a framework agreement with the National Gas Co of Trinidad & Tobago and Heritage Petroleum Co for the development of the block.
Heritage and Touchstone are joint venture partners in the Ortoire block and have made gas discoveries in two wells, Coho and Cascadura.
Shares in Touchstone Exploration closed at 29.00 pence each in London on Monday, up 5.5%.
