LONDON (Alliance News) - BBA Aviation PLC said Monday it appointed two new non-executive directors who will join its board immediately.
The FTSE 250-listed provider of global aviation support said it hired Vicky Jarman, currently a non-executive director of real estate advisor Knight Frank. She previously held non-executive appointments at De La Rue PLC, Equiniti Group PLC and Hays PLC.
BBA Aviation also appointed Stephen King as non-executive. He is currently a non-executive director of Bristow Inc, Chemring Group PLC and TT Electronics PLC.
Previously, King held a number of finance roles in larger organisations such as Lucas Industries PLC, Seeboard PLC, De La Rue and Caledonia Investments PLC, BBA said.
BBA Aviation shares were trading up 1.7% at 227.00 pence each on Monday.
