UK small caps are up 0.1 percent going into mid-session, compared toa broadly flat AIM index and a 0.1 percent fall on the mid-caps.
WANdisco rises 2.5 percent to 945 pence after announcing that NokiaSiemens Networks will use its Hadoop solutions for Big Data storage. The dealprompts Panmure Gordon to raise its price target for the stock to 1,132 pencefrom 1,083.
"The contract value was not disclosed but we estimate $5.7 million bookingsover the next two and half years - i.e. an 8 percent increase in 2014E bookingsalone - and increase our forecasts accordingly," Panmiure's analysts write.
"Given that Hadoop is at an early stage of its life cycle -this simply markssimply the first of many upgrades."
Business-to-business media group Tarsus adds 4.0 percent aftersaying ttrading in the first half of the year has been in line with boardexpectations, with forward bookings up.
