Trading Emissions Says EUR6 Million Claims Against It Dismissed

LONDON (Alliance News) - Trading Emissions PLC on Monday said that an arbitration tribunal has found in its favour and dismissed two claims amounting to EUR6 million against it.

The claims were lodged by subsidiaries of Yunnan Dianneng (Group) Holding Co Ltd.

The Dianneng subsidiaries were ordered to pay USD931,440 for Trading Emissions' legal fees and costs.

"The decision of the tribunal is final and the arbitration award is binding. There are very limited rights of appeal," Trading Emissioins said.

Shares in Trading Emissions were up 8.7% at 6.00 pence on Monday morning.
