LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineer TP Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Derren Stroud chief financial officer with immediate effect.
He will replace Mark Crawford, who announced he would step down in January.
Stroud has worked in senior finance roles for fraud prevention firm Retail Decisions, call centre provider Envox, and data protection company Safenet in the past.
TP shares were down 0.9% to 2.85 pence on Wednesday morning.
