Titon Holdings PLC - Colchester, Essex-based ventilation systems and window & door hardware supplier - Revenue in year ended September 30 falls 24% to GBP20.7 million from GBP27.2 million. Pretax profit down 99% at GBP18,000 from GBP2.0 million. "The trading results have been significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and lower business levels in South Korea," Titon says. Annual payout slashed by 58% to 2.0 pence per share from 4.75p.
