LONDON (Alliance News) - Temple Bar Investment Trust PLC said Chair Arthur Copple bought 9,666 shares at a price of GBP12.94 each on Wednesday.
Copple paid GBP125,078 for the shares. His holding as a result of the deal has not been disclosed. In March, Copple bought 20,000 shares in the FTSE 250-listed company for a total of GBP258,400.
Shares in Temple Bar closed down 0.5% at 1,292.00 pence on Wednesday.
