LONDON (Alliance News) - Innovation Group PLC said Company Secretary James Liddiard sold 94,278 shares at a price of 28.05 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Liddiard now holds 98,907 shares.
Shares in the software provider were up 0.9% at 28.25p Thursday.
