(Alliance News) - Ten Lifestyle Group PLC on Thursday said Chair Bruce Weatherill will step down in the autumn after six years at the firm.

Says its expectations for the full financial year are unchanged.

Ten Lifestyle Group PLC - London-based lifestyle and travel services company - Expects to report net revenue of about GBP30.9 million for the six months that ended on February 28, up 49% from GBP20.8 million a year before. Says growth during the period is driven by contract developments and a record number of active members, amounting to 316,000. This is up 36% on the first half of the prior year, when there were 221,000 members. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation is expected to be about GBP5.0 million, up from GBP900,000 in 2021. Says cash position at the end of the first half of the year amounts to GBP7.2 million, compared with GBP6.6 million a year before. Ten Lifestyle says it has continued its investment in technology and its proposition throughout the period to drive improvements in service levels and efficiencies.
