Tengri Resources Has Paid USD2.25 Million To Part Redeem Loan Notes

Fri, 24th Jun 2016 14:32

LONDON (Alliance News) - Tengri Resources said Friday that it has paid USD2.25 million to Robust Resources as part of a redemption of USD4 million convertible unsecured loan notes.

It has also paid USD500,000 to TIH Investments Ltd and USD500,000 to Argyle Street Investments Ltd.

It said these redemptions are in line with its use of the proceeds from its sale of its Talas Mining assets.

Tengri said its current cash balance is USD50,000, and its net debt position remains unchanged at around USD800,000.

Shares in Tengri last closed at 1.00 pence.
