LONDON (Alliance News) - Telit Communications PLC, which provides internet connectivity services, said Wednesday that Executive Director Enrico Testa has resigned as a director of the company.
Testa remains chief executive of the communications company Italian subsidiary, Telit Communication SPA.
Telit shares were trading at 1.8% higher at 155.20 pence.
