LONDON (Alliance News) - Telit Communications PLC said PCGS Holding SCA , an investment company owned by Telit Executive Chairman Dal Pino and his wife, purchased 200,000 shares at an average price of 165.39 pence each on Monday and Tuesday.
Following the GBP330,780 deal, Pino's beneficial interest in Telit is now 540,000 shares, equivalent to a 0.45 stake.
Shares in Telit were up 1.7% at 164.50p on Wednesday.
