Cora Gold Ltd - West Africa gold explorer - Hires Norm Bailie as head of exploration, effective immediately, replacing retiring Cora Co-Founder Jon Forster. Bailie was group exploration manager for FTSE 250 Egyptian gold miner Centamin PLC. Non-Executive Chair Ed Bowie says of Bailie: "The addition of an individual with his experience and expertise has come at an exciting time for Cora, specifically as we move forward to our next field season and continue working towards the completion of a definitive feasibility study on Sanankoro by the end of 2021. Having been involved in over 30Moz of discovery and definition in Africa during his career he is ideally suited to help take Cora to the next stage."

First Derivatives PLC - Newry, Northern Ireland-based financial software and services - Hires Steve Fisher as non-executive director from Tuesday. Fisher was chief technology officer of US-based online marketplace eBay Inc, prior to which he was with customer relationship management software provider salesforce.com Inc.

Equals Group PLC - London-based payment and currency services - Appoints Sian Herbert as an independent non-executive director, effective October 1. Herbert was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for 25 years, 15 as a partner, before stepping down in June. Bob Head steps down at the same time, after four years on the board.

Blue Prism Group PLC - Warrington, England-based robotic process automation - Charmaine Carmichael steps down as non-executive director from September 30, after more than four years, as a result of taking up a new full-time executive position. Blue Prism has started search for new non-executive director.

Tasty PLC - London-based operator of casual dining restaurants - Adam Kaye resigns as non-executive director, effective Tuesday, to focus on other commercial interests. Tasty notes that Kaye has been part of the business since the start and has been instrumental in shaping its strategy. Tasty will look for an additional independent non-executive director.

Clinigen Group PLC - Burton On Trent, Staffordshire-based pharmaceuticals and services - John Hartup to step down as senior independent non-executive director at November 26 annual general meeting. Says board nomination committee to appoint new independent non-executive director and pick new senior independent director from among non-executive directors.

FirstGroup PLC - Aberdeen-headquartered public transport - Ant Green joins board as employee director from Tuesday. Green is a bus driver and trainer for First Bus.

KKV Secured Loan Fund Ltd - Hires Brett Miller as director, effective immediately. Miller is a director of Secured Income Fund PLC, which like KKV Secured is managed by KKV Investment Management Ltd, so won't be consider independent. Miller will work for six months as well with the manager in part to effect an orderly realisation of assets to C shareholders.

Baker Steel Resources Trust Ltd - invests in equities, loans or related instruments of natural resources companies - Fiona Perrott-Humphrey appointed as an independent non-executive director from Tuesday, replacing Clive Newall, who has resigned. Perrott-Humphrey was head of Mining Research for Europe & South Africa at Citigroup Inc.

BioPharma Credit PLC - life sciences debt investment trust - Appoints Rolf Soderstrom as non-executive director from Wednesday. Soderstrom was chief financial officer of BTG PLC until 2018 and prior to that in senior finance roles at Cobham PLC and Cable & Wireless PLC. He is senior independent director of London-listed Ergomed PLC.
