TV production company Ten Alps has announced a three-year distribution deal with the BBC's main commercial arm BBC worldwide for all its broadcast factual TV content.BBC Worldwide will provide Ten Alps with development funding and will have an exclusive first option to distribute available rights in commissioned programmes from Ten Alps' documentary production companies.'We made expansion of the international potential of our programming a key goal for this year,' said Ten Alps chief executive Alex Connock.' Working with BBC Worldwide, with their unique footprint, is exactly the relationship we were looking for.'In recent times Ten Alps has been behind documentaries such as Iran and the West, The Future of Food and the Madoff Hustle, all of which were shown on the BBC.
