UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: Ex-Savills CEO To Be Tritax Big Box Chair

Tritax Big Box REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on logistics warehouse assets - Promotes Senior Independent Director Aubrey Adams to chair, as Richard Jewson is set to retire from annual general meeting in May. Jewson has been chair for seven years, leading the company's London listing at the end of 2013. Adams was chief executive of real estate advisor Savills PLC for 17 years until 2008 and joined the Tritax Big Box board in 2017.

Diploma PLC - London-based seal and cables maker - Promotes Anne Thorburn to senior independent director, starting Wednesday next week, following the retirement of Charles Packshaw. Thorburn has been on the Diploma board since 2015.

Chesterfield Resources PLC - copper-gold exploration company in Cyprus - Appoints Evgeny Vrublevskiy to board of directors as the nominee of Polymetal International PLC. The FTSE 100 constituent took a 23% stake in Chesterfield last month.

Tiziana Life Sciences PLC - London-based therapeutics for oncology, inflammation and infectious diseases - Hires Neil Graham as chief medical officer. Graham was vice president of Strategic Program Direction, Immunology & Inflammation at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc from 2010 until last year. Regeneron is the New York-based biotechnology company that has developed a cocktail to treat Covid-19 patients.
