(Alliance News) - Starcom PLC on Monday said Chief Executive Avi Hartmann purchased shares in the media company following a transaction on Friday last week.
Hartmann acquired 2.0 million shares at a price of 1.325 pence each, totalling GBP26,500.
Starcom shares were trading 3.9% higher on Monday in London at 1.35p each.
Shares in Starcom fell over 8% on Wednesday, after the technology group warned that a change in accounting policy will lead to its annual results coming in below market expectations.
