LONDON (Alliance News) - Staffline Group PLC on Monday said it has appointed the chief executive of Burton & South Derbyshire College of Further & Higher Education to its board.
The recruitment and training group appointed Dawn Ward as a non-executive director on Friday. In addition to her chief executive role, Ward is also deputy chair of the Chartered Institution for Further Education. Ward was principal and chief executive of Royal Forest of Dean College from 2005 to 2008.
She joins Staffline's audit, remuneration and nominations committees
Shares in Staffline were down 2.1% at 1,196.00 pence on Monday.
