Sunrise Resources PLC - mining operation in Nevada in the US - Says no appeals have been made against the decision of the Bureau of Land Management to authorise mining operations at the company's Pozzolan-Perlite project in Nevada, USA. The appeal period is now closed. Executive Chair Partrick Cheetham said: "We are pleased to see that the various appeal periods are passing without any objections or appeals and that we now have a clear green light for the mine development from both the BLM and the Nevada Bureau of Mining Regulation and Reclamation."
