(Alliance News) - Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Ltd on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Stephen Bligh has bought shares in the company.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Bligh bought 36,000 shares at a price of 53.20 pence each, for GBP19,151. Schroder Real Estate did not say how many shares he now holds.
The stock closed 0.6% higher on Tuesday in London at a price of 53.30p a share.
