LONDON (Alliance News) - Sopheon PLC Wednesday said a group of executives including Chairman Barry Mence bought shares at a price of EUR208.25 per share Tuesday following the share consolidation processed on 14 October.

Under the consolidation every 500 existing shares of 20 pence nominal value were consolidated into one new share of GBP100 each. Rights attached to the new shares are identical to those of the pre-consolidated shares.
Shares in the software company closed up 16% at 34,900.00 pence Wednesday.
