LONDON (Alliance News) - Sound Oil PLC on Wednesday said it has issued shares under a warrant exercise.
The Mediterranean-focused upstream oil and gas company said it has issued 2 million shares under the exercise. The majority of the warrants were exercised at 10.4 pence per share, while 423 were exercised at 24 pence per share.
Shares in Sound Oil were down 0.9% to 14.86 pence on Wednesday.
