Feltham will start at Newmark in a non-board capacity with immediate effect, and then take up his role as Finance Director following a two-month handover period.

He will be replacing Brian Beecraft, who will step down in October after 21 years in the role.

Feltham's most recent role was at cleaning products firm Safetykleen, where he was financial controller for four years since 2015.

Prior to that he was part of StatPro - which provides portfolio analysis and asset pricing services for asset managers - for four years from 2010 to 2014, leaving as financial controller.

"We are very much looking forward to Graham joining the group and the experience and value he will add going forward," said Chief Executive Officer Marie-Claire Dwek.

Shares in Newmark Security were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 0.65 pence in London.
