LONDON (Alliance News) - Synety Group PLC said Wednesday it has integrated its CloudCall Chrome software with Zoho Corp's web-based customer relationship management software.
The integration will give users cloud-based telephony functions from the Zoho software and Google Inc's Chrome web browser. Zoho has more than 50,000 customers, Synety said.
"This is a significant partnership for us, as not only is it the first integration powered by CloudCall Chrome, Zoho has a very large and growing customer base," said Executive Chairman Simon Cleaver in a statement. "The time taken to complete this integration has demonstrated to us that integrating CRM systems with CloudCall Chrome can be completed at a much faster rate than was previously the case."
