(Alliance News) - St James House PLC said Tuesday Finance Director Cath McCormick will step down from the company at the end of November.
St James House said McCormick is leaving to take up an "alternative position". The company said its "experienced" finance team will handle McCormick's day-to-day responsibilities until a "suitable replacement" is found.
Shares in St James House closed 13% higher at 22.00 pence each in London on Tuesday.
