(Alliance News) - Lottery and e-commerce services provider St James House PLC said Wednesday it has appointed experienced banker Jacques Leuba as non-executive director.
Leuba has worked in private and commercial banking for over 40 years in Europe and the Americas. Since 2011, Leuba has worked as an independent consultant and director of wealth management groups, including Oyster Trust Sarl and SMT Swiss Mutual Trust SA.
St James House Chief Executive Graeme Paton said: "I would like to welcome Jacques to the board, which completes the restructuring we began in January. Jacques brings significant banking experience from across both Europe and the Americas, which I have no doubt will prove invaluable to the group as we move forward."
Shares in St James House were up 7.5% at 50.0 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
