LONDON (Alliance News) - Private equity firm Symphony International Holdings Ltd Tuesday said Director Sunil Chandiramani bought 90,000 shares at a price of USD0.777500 each Monday.
Following this transaction, Chandiramani holds 15.4 million shares, which represents a 2.93% stake in the firm.
The company also said Director Anil Thadani bought 120,000 shares at the same price. He now holds 55.9 million shares or 10.68% of the share capital.
Shares were up 2.9% at USD0.800 late Tuesday.
