LONDON (Alliance News) - Shires Income PLC said Non-Executive Director Andrew Robson bought 3,000 shares at a price of 248 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Robson holds 8,500 shares, which represents 0.03% stake in the trust.
The stock was trading down 1.4% at 248.40p Thursday.
