Burford Capital Ltd - Chief Executive Officer Christopher Bogart and Chief Investment Officer Jonathan Molot each buy 50,000 shares at 424.75p, together worth GBP424,754, on Tuesday. Bogart now has 9.0 million shares, a 4.1% stake, and Molot 9.6 million for 4.4%.

Sigma Capital Group PLC - Ian Sutcliffe buys 760,000 shares at average 86.2p, worth GBP655,120, on Tuesday, the same day the former Countryside Properties PLC chief executive is appointed non-executive chair of Sigma. The 0.9% stake is his only holding in the private rented sector developer. However, Sutcliffe also on Tuesday was granted options over 1.0 million shares, also at 86p. The options vest over 3 to 10 years based on share-price triggers above GBP1.00.

RELX PLC - Non-Executive Director Charlotte Hogg buys 2,450 American Depositary Receipts at USD22.43, worth USD54,949, on Monday. Each ADR represents one ordinary share.
