(Alliance News) - Mondelez International Inc on Monday unveiled changes to its global creative content arm, appointing France's Publicis Groupe SA and London-listed S4 Capital PLC to new roles.
The confectionary company said advertising firm S4 Capital's MediaMonks will manage its tech infrastructure, global website and content output in North America, Latin America and the Asia, Middle East & Africa region.
Paris-based Publicis will be charged with content production in the Cadbury owner's Europe region.
"Following the selection of our media and creative agencies in 2018 and 2019, we are pleased to announce a new model for our global content production and management agencies. Our production partners will provide a simple and agile new solution that offers the best in terms of creativity, media capabilities and technology for our portfolio of global and local brands. We're excited to be working with them and looking forward to their contribution in accelerating our growth," Mondelez Chief Marketing Officer Martin Renaud said.
Both S4 and Publicis noted the Mondelez announcement.
Publicis said its remit covers 32 markets across Europe, including the UK, Germany, France and Italy.
"We are delighted to not only be expanding our partnership with Mondelez International but also to be chosen as integral partners in their transformation to provide a fully connected customer experience. The model will draw on the strength of our connected capabilities across creative, media and production at Publicis Groupe," said Publicis Client Lead Fran Pessagno.
Mondelez shares closed 0.4% higher at USD57.35 each in New York on Monday. S4 Capital shares rose 1.8% in London to 450.00 pence and in Paris, Publicis shares closed up 0.5% at EUR38.04.
