(Alliance News) - Replacement windows and doors firm Safestyle UK PLC on Wednesday said Rob Neale has purchased his first shares in the company.
Neale, the company's chief financial officer, bought 50,000 shares at 67.1 pence each. The acquisition cost him GBP33,550.
Neale's appointment was announced in March. Safestyle UK shares were 2.2% higher on Wednesday afternoon at a price of 65.40p apiece.
